STABILISED FIREPOWER FOR ARMOURED PLATFORMS

The NK-14.5/7.62 remotely controlled combat module is designed to increase the firepower of armoured personnel carriers through the integration of 14.5 mm and 7.62 mm machine guns.

Modern targeting and stabilisation systems support controlled weapon operation, while 81 mm DNET-902.01.000 launchers provide an additional smoke-screen capability.

WEAPON CONTROL SYSTEM

OBSERVATION AND WEAPON CONTROL FROM A PROTECTED POSITION

The weapon station is operated remotely through a joystick-based control unit and a 10-inch LCD monitor.

Integrated television and thermal imaging channels provide day-and-night observation, while electric drives control horizontal traverse and weapon elevation.

MULTICHANNEL OBSERVATION AND ELECTRIC WEAPON CONTROL

Two television cameras provide wide- and narrow-field observation, while an uncooled thermal imaging channel supports operation in reduced-visibility conditions.

The operator controls weapon traverse, elevation and electric firing through the integrated joystick and monitor interface.

WIDE-FIELD OBSERVATION

A 23° × 17.4° television channel supports general situational awareness.

NARROW-FIELD OBSERVATION

A 4.5° × 3.4° television channel supports detailed target observation.

THERMAL IMAGING

An uncooled 640 × 480 thermal camera supports operation in reduced visibility.
